General policies

All products are made in the U.S.A.
Products made may be of slightly different shade than seen on the website due to individual computer settings.
All inventory orders are made and shipped or picked up prepaid.
Customers are notified via e-mail when orders are shipped.
Inventory products are usually shipped within 5-10 days. We will keep you informed if your shipment will be delayed.
All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of any merchandise with freight prepaid, if applicable.
All returns must be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by civitas@civitascircle.com.
All freight claims must be made directly with the carrier.
All back orders on inventory products will be shipped unless canceled in writing via e-mail.
Returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking charge unless we ship or make defected or wrong items.
All inventory products are under manufacturer's warranty of 1 year on parts and labor.
Damaged merchandise shall not be accepted for returns and credits.
Credits are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
Refunds are processed within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise or other reasons.
Normal wear and tear of products is excluded from the warranty coverage.
No warranties, expressed or implied, shall be made by us in connection with the purchase of any products, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Customers assume all risks and liabilities for results obtained in using the products purchased from www.civitascircle.com.
Wholesale programs are available upon request at civitas@civitascircle.com.

All custom upholstery items are made to an order.
Custom upholstery projects are quoted on individual basis, including lead-time.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
By accepting a quote/estimate for Civitas Circle's services, customers agree to these policies and terms of sale.
Final cost may be subject to an upcharge for additional work if required during the service, such as repair/replacement of damaged wood, hardware, foam, frames, etc. Customers will be advised accordingly.
50% deposit is required for all custom work.
No changes to design/upholstery services is guaranteed after acceptance of a quote and deposit payment by a customer.
Civitas Circle, Inc. ("Civitas Circle") purchases material from third party vendors but cannot guarantee their vendors' material stock levels.
Civitas Circle assists customers in material selections and design constructions.
Customers can supply their own material but Civitas Circle does not assume liability for any such material supplied.
Finished orders not picked by customers within 5 days from the notice by phone and/or email that the order(s) is ready for pick up are subject to storage charges of $25.00 per day.
By a payment in full to Civitas Circle, a customer accepts services and/or custom products provided by Civitas Circle, and assumes a full responsibility for the use of such products/services.
Civitas Circle is not responsible for any finished products not picked by customers within 30 days from the notice that the order is ready for pick up. Any finished product left by a customer for more than 30 days may be disposed off.
Civitas Circle is not responsible for any customer's item(s) left to quote and not picked up within 5 days from the quote if the quote is not accepted.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their custom orders when picked up at Civitas Circle's facility or when delivered. No returns are accepted on custom orders once orders are received unless work related quality issues appear within 30 days of the pick up/delivery.
Civitas Circle is not responsible for customers' use of custom orders. Customers assume full responsibility for the use of their custom orders once orders are accepted.
No warranties, expressed or implied, shall be made by Civitas Circle in connection with the purchase of any services and products, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Customers assume all risks and liabilities for results obtained in using the custom made products and services purchased from Civitas Circle.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all custom products and/or installations prior to the final acceptance of orders/services provided by Civitas Circle.
Civitas Circle is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Civitas Circle may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 04/28/2021.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Your use of Civitascircle.com, Inc. web site is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, do not access or otherwise use the web site in any way or use any information or materials contained on the web site. Your use of this web site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by terms and conditions set forth below. The terms of service may occasionally be updated by Civitascircle.com, Inc. without prior notice to you. Your use of this web site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to the terms of service.

Obligations: Customers who are ordering are required to follow the Civitascircle.com guidelines to order correct products.
Civitascircle.com will design and produce products in the fabric, trimming and filling options of the customer's choice and as close as possible to the dimensions provided by the customer.

Monitoring: Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, events or other information or content expressed or made available on this Civitascircle.com site by third parties (including information providers and users) are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Civitascircle.com. Civitascircle.com neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made on this Civitascircle.com Site by anyone other than authorized Civitascircle.com employees acting in their official capacities.

Links: The Civitascircle.com site may contain links to other web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Civitascircle.com is not responsible or liable for (1) the availability or accuracy of such web sites or resources; or (2) the content, advertising, or products on or available from such web sites or resources. OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE CIVITASCIRCLE.COM SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE CIVITASCIRCLE.COM SITE OR CIVITAS CIRCLE'S SERVICES. THIS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OF ANY OTHER PROVISION THAT LIMITS CIVITASCIRCLE.COM'S AND/OR CIVITAS CIRCLE, INC.'S LIABILITY OR YOUR REMEDIES.

Civitascircle.com and/or Civitas Circle, Inc. shall be excused from performance under this Terms of Service if Civitascircle.com and/or Civitas Circle, Inc. is prevented, forbidden or delayed from performing, or omits to perform, any act or requirement under this Terms of Service by reason of: (a) any provision of any present or future law or regulation or order of the United States of America, or any state thereof, (b) any act or omission of a third party, or (c) any act of God, emergency condition, war, computer or telecommunications failure or other circumstance beyond the control of Civitascircle.com and/or Civitas Circle, Inc.

Privacy: Your use of the Civitascircle.com Site is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Survival: The following provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service: No Warranty from Civitascircle.com and/or Civitas Circle, Inc., Limitation of Liability, Indemnity and General Provisions.

General: You agree that Civitascircle.com may make improvements and/or changes in the Site Content and services or events described in this Site, if any, at any time without notice and without liability to you of any kind. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to the Civitascircle.com site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. These Terms of Service are personal to you and you may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms of Service to anyone without the express written permission of Civitascircle.com and/or Civitas Circle, Inc.

These Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of Civitascircle.com's and/or Civitas Circle, Inc's successors, assigns, and licensors.
