Refund policy

All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise with freight prepaid.
- All returns must be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by civitas@civitascircle.com.
- Returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Damaged merchandise shall not be accepted for returns and credits.
- Credits are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise or other reasons.
