Terms of service

  • All products are made in the U.S.A.
  • Products made may be of slightly different shade than seen on the website due to the nature of animal skins and dying process.
  • Products made of leather may exhibit some imperfections and marks due to the nature of animal skins.
  • All custom upholstery items are made to an order. 
  • All orders are made and shipped prepaid.
  • Customers can be notified via e-mail when orders are shipped upon request.
  • Products are usually shipped within 5-10 days. We will keep you informed if your shipment will be delayed.
  • All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of any merchandise with freight prepaid.
  • All returns must be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by civitas@civitascircle.com.
  • All freight claims must be made directly with the carrier.
  • All back orders will be shipped unless canceled in writing via e-mail.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking charge unless we ship defected or wrong items.
  • All products are under manufacturer's warranty of 1 year on parts and labor.
  • Normal wear and tear of products is excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • No warranties, expressed or implied, shall be made by us in connection with the purchase of any products, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • Customers assume all risks and liabilities for results obtained in using the products purchased from www.civitascircle.com.
  • Wholesale programs are available upon request at civitas@civitascircle.com.

  • Civitas Circle is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Civitas Circle may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 04/28/2021.                                                   

  • All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise with freight prepaid.

  • All returns must be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by civitas@civitascircle.com.
  • Returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
  • Damaged merchandise shall not be accepted for returns and credits.
  • Credits are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise or other reasons.

  • Your use of Civitascircle.com, Inc. web site is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, do not access or otherwise use the web site in any way or use any information or materials contained on the web site. Your use of this web site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by terms and conditions set forth below. The terms of service may occasionally be updated by Civitascircle.com, Inc. without prior notice to you. Your use of this web site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to the terms of service.

    Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without giving effect to conflict of law principles thereof. Each term and provision of this agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and any invalid, unlawful or unenforceable term or provision shall be deemed replaced by a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid, unlawful or unenforceable term or provision.

    Obligations: Customers who are ordering are required to follow the Civitascircle.com guides to order correct products.
    Civitascircle.com is obligated to design and produce products in the fabric, trimming and filling options of the customer's choice and as close as possible to the dimensions provided by the customer.

    Monitoring: Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, events or other information or content expressed or made available on this Civitascircle.com site by third parties (including information providers and users) are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Civitascircle.com. Civitascircle.com neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made on this Civitascircle.com Site by anyone other than authorized Civitascircle.com employees acting in their official capacities.

    Links: The Civitascircle.com site may contain links to other web sites or resources.     IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE CIVITASCIRCLE.COM SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE CIVITASCIRCLE.COM SITE. THIS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OF ANY OTHER PROVISION THAT LIMITS CIVITASCIRCLE.COM'S LIABILITY OR YOUR REMEDIES.

    Civitascircle.com shall be excused from performance under this Terms of Service if Civitascircle.com is prevented, forbidden or delayed from performing, or omits to perform, any act or requirement under this Terms of Service by reason of: (a) any provision of any present or future law or regulation or order of the United States of America, or any state thereof, (b) any act or omission of a third party, or (c) any act of God, emergency condition, war, computer or telecommunications failure or other circumstance beyond the control of Civitascircle.com.

    Privacy: Your use of the Civitascircle.com Site is governed by the Privacy Policy.

    Survival: The following provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service: No Warranty from Civitascircle.com, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity and General Provisions.
