Making Outdoor Furniture Upholstery
We design and manufacture custom outdoor cushions and pillows as well as full outdoor furniture sets tailored for walk-in customers to our facility, 61 Oakwood Road, Lake Zurich, Illinois. Whether creating a new set or reupholstering an existing one, we use high quality fabrics resistant to weather damage, water, mold, mildew and bacteria. We apply our experience and knowledge from years of contract sewing manufacturing for commercial as well as governmental entities.
Each project is quoted individually based on each customer's requests, preferences and usage. In our library, we have many material swatches to choose from but customers can also select materials from on-line websites viewable on computers in our conference room.
Samples of pillows and cushions shown are built from two prints with similar color hues. Samples of constructions and fabric designs are displayed at our conference room so as customers can select the best solution for their outdoor living.
We provide design services, if requested, to advise and combine best suitable materials for each projects. To enjoy the most from your new outdoor furniture cushion sets, we suggest to select at least two different prints, one on each side, even a third one for a gusset. You can, thus, combine and flip cushions and pillows as you wish. Combine not only prints, textures and materials but also shapes, dimensions and constructions to achieve a truly unique luxurious designer look. For instance, you can create unique pillows with inserted prints or from solid panels with contrasting welt, or from one conservative and one modern print, etc.
We will design and manufacture for you cushions and pillows with or without covered welting, with or without decorative rope, with one print, two prints, three prints, solid colors, rectangular or square shapes, thin or deep, with our without ties, with or without zipper, with or without inserts.....
We purchase material from US based vendors but are not opposed to work with material you provide.
